So here's the thing about February, there have been some years that I'm all about the heart shaped chocolates... but most years I’ve been a Valentine’s scrooge. Well, I've decided to redefine this month as a month of Self Love, simple as that! We women are caring and generously giving on the daily, but how much of that loving energy to we show ourselves? The Pinterest perfect bubble baths & extra massage appointments are amazing ways to physical care for ourselves... but it can’t end there! What I believe we're missing out on as “self care” is hitting the main stream media is the fact that self care starts with our mindset!

This is were meditation made a HUGE shift for me. It became so much more than this concept of sitting cross-legged and “clearing” your mind. It’s about loving, accepting and trusting yourself. WAY easier said than done, lemme tell ya!
So I’ve been creating up a storm over here to offer those looking to jump start their meditation practice and actually stick with it!
And thus the Self Care Through Meditation Online Course was created! It’s a 4-week course where I jump on live with our group of rad women on Wednesday nights! I designed this course for women who are feeling like they just don’t have time for themselves. Day in and day out, you have this underlying feeling of just, giving-giving-giving.
