Why I made this? Well, I was exactly where you are few years back. Mind racing with an overwhelming amount of thoughts and “judgy” inner comments plus trying to actually function on daily tasks. When I started to practice meditation in my yoga trainings, it was a rigid practice that pushed me further away from it. I was expected to be ok with hours of silence, sit with my thoughts but somehow “empty my mind”…. like how was that supposed to happen?!

One thing I knew is that I loved the feeling that I had after each practice! That feeling of freedom & control, understanding & acceptance, calm & motivation. So I committed to learning and practicing different types of meditation and finally developed my own mediation practice that works best for the modern women lifestyle. I was able to combine different techniques that was easy to practice and keeps me clear and focused daily! I call it the R.A.R.E. meditation technique, and I’m so excited to share it with you!

My extensive background as an educator (yes, I really am a elementary teacher during the day) married with hours of personal development and meditation, I’m committed to educating women on how to use a simple meditation practice to deepen their self care like no other practice can!

What is the SCTM Online Course?

It‘s a self-serving online course giving you access to video content and guided audio meditation that will guide you through the actual HOW TO meditate. We will walk through HOW to create a meditation routine that fits your lifestyle and what to actually focus on when you close your eyes. Each module builds on each other so at the end of 4 weeks, you have the tools you need to feel energized, focused and calm under 10 mins.
