Why I made this? Well, I was exactly where you are few years back. Mind racing with an overwhelming amount of thoughts and “judgy” inner comments plus trying to actually function on daily tasks. When I started to practice meditation in my yoga trainings, it was a rigid practice that pushed me further away from it. I was expected to be ok with hours of silence, sit with my thoughts but somehow have no thoughts…. like how was that supposed to happen?!

One thing I knew is that I loved the feeling that I had after each practice! That feeling of freedom & control, understanding & acceptance, calm & motivation. So I committed to learning and practicing different types of meditation and finally developed my own mediation practice that works best for the modern female lifestyle. I was able to combine different techniques that was easy to practice and keeps me clear and focused all day! I call it the R.A.R.E. meditation technique, and I’m so excited to share it with you!
